3/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/8 cup bacon drippings
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup sugar
1 pound spinach, washed and drained
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions:
Bring vinegar, bacon drippings, oil and green onions to a boil. Add sugar and boil, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved. Add crumbled bacon. Pour over spinach and toss.
